Hi,
It was quite a sight this morning watching the moon go into eclipse as it set in the WNW, starting around 6 AM.
At the time I took this photo (w/telephoto lens), the moon was almost all the way into the total eclipse phase. It was well into twilight by then, and was about a dozen minutes before sunrise. The moon's elevation then was less than two degrees.
The slendering sliver was visible about another 15 minutes in my photos, but you have to know where to look in the trees.
If you turn the picture upside down you can see "the rabbit in the moon" fairly easily!
Feel free to use on your broadcast.
