It hurts to smile

As a little girl I had too many teeth for my mouth. I had my permanent tooth behind my baby tooth and when my baby tooth fell out my tooth was stuck behind all of my other teeth. So when I would smile people would see my messed up smile. I don't like to smile because I think that people only see that part of my tooth that isn't where it should be and I think that they will make fun of me. So, I mostly just smile with my lips together because it hurts my heart for me to smile like a person should smile. I am now 40 years old so I have been living like this for most of my life. I can't afford braces on my own. Please help me heal my heart and fix my smile.
