This is my 10 year old daughter Olivia, a little over a year ago we went in to see Dr. Jolley to try and get Olivia's teeth fixed, we had the consultation and were hoping to get started soon, and shortly after that my husband was laid off from his job. I am a stay at home mom and choose to stay that way, I home school Olivia because she has many problems in school she was born 3 months early and has some educational problems because of this. Our family has been through a lot and would love it if we could win the Jolley Smile give away we are so vary greatful for your consideration. We are so thankful to Dr. Jolley for giving family's this opportunity that would not otherwise be able to have a Jolley smile.
