This is my 11 year old son, Jakob. He is very, very self conscience about his smile. In fact, he rarely smiles because of it. Some of his adult teeth came in before his baby teeth had a chance to fall out and caused his adult teeth to actually come in sideways. As you can see he has gaps and he would very much like his smile fixed!
Jakob needs braces!
