I had braces for six years. (11-17 years old) Shortly after my braces were taken off, I developed pain and discomfort in my jaw that included locking, clicking, popping, that's lasted five years now. It turns out I was braced improperly the entire time. I've had countless therapy sessions, worn more retainers than I can count, and I will need braces again eventually. I'm 22 years old now and all the pain and problems from my jaw has been quite a struggle.
The people at Jolly Smiles have been awesome! Orthodontists and teeth devices are part of my life now, it's been kind of an expensive journey. As soon as I am out of pain, free braces would be a blessing! That would definitely put a jolly smile on my face!
