My name is Cory Moore, I am 22 years old. I have a wife and two sons! A few years ago I started the process of fixing my teeth on my own. 17 or so fillings and 2 root canals my teeth are still not Braces ready. With money being tight right now i decided my teeth would have to wait. Winning this contest would mean a lot to myself and my family! I would love to have a picture perfect smile! It would help me become more confident with my smile, and would make me really happy! I am so greatful for the opportunity to win and hope you pick me.
