my name is Gary Nolan i am only 21 years of age, i suffer from pain to my upper and lower jaw i have a hole in my tooth and it gives me alot of pain to eat and drink hot or cold food.When i was younger we couldn't afford proper dentel care my mom is a singel working parent.when i came across your add on channel 5 news i had to act and give it a try thank you for your time!!!!
