my name is Gary Nolan i came across you add on newes channel 5 i was like hey i need a "jolley" Smile i am only 21 years old and i suffer pain on my top and lower back jaws i have a hole in my tooth that kills me with pain when i eat something cold or to hot i tried to apply for help on my teeth but i never got approved i also went to comfort dental and they wanted thousands of dollars i dont got even when i was younger we never could afford braces or proper dental care i only have one parent in thats my mom she couldn't afford it by her self and i ask you to please HELP ME!!!..when i seen this add i had to act on it and give it a try thank you for your time i could really use this...
