My name is Whitney Sprott & I am eleven years old. I have two older brothers that have gotten Jolley Smiles from Dr. Jolley & I would love to win a Jolley Smile before I start middle school next year. Kids at school have started teasing me about my teeth & have told me I look like a horse. My parents are struggling finacially since we had to close my Dad's business last year & for me to win a Jolley Smile would be a huge blessing.
