make me smile I've always wanted to

I've always longed for a straight smile; when I was 12 I saw the Orthodontist for the first time, then my parents got divorced. Back in the early 70's, my single mom with 4 kids couldn't afford braces. I didn't smile much, more a of a smerk when it was time for pictures ( I still do it).My son ended up with the same problems with his teeth and I got him braces..twice. So, about ten years ago, I went to an Orthodontist and asked about braces; he laughed. A couple of years ago, I tried to win a new smile through a local radio contest...I guess my smile didn't suffer from "meth mouth" or lack of care enough. Although I'm older than others that will enter this contest, how wonderful would it be for me to finally be able to REALLY smile and not be self conscious. Thank you for your consideration.
