I Want to Smile again. . . please help!!

I have had bad teeth since I was young, bad genetics. When I got pregnant my babies took most of my calcium then too and my teeth have only worsened. I have medicaid insurance and if you are not too sure of their policy, here is the deal if you are over the age of 21 and you have bad teeth they only cover extrations, so that is why most of the teeth on the top of my mouth are gone I still have a few teeth in my mouth that are rotten and because I cant afford to loose any moire of my teeth, and the decay is in one of my front teeth, I really dont want to loose a tooth that I cant hide, I dont smile hardly as it is Im embarrased for poeple to notice the holes in the side of my mouth. PLEASE HELP ME I WOULD BE SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS CHANCE TO SMILE AGAIN!! thank you for your time. . . Tara Steerman
