PROMOTIONAL RULES FOR CONTEST
A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of Hoak Media of Colorado, LLC at 345 Hillcrest Manor, Grand Junction, CO 81501, during normal business hours (M-F 8a-5p) or by sending a self addressed envelope to the above address.
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Contest is open to anyone of any age, unless otherwise specified.
3. All contests are open to the general public, except for: employees,agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of Hoak Media of Colorado, LLC, participating sponsors, their immediate families and households members.
4. Jolley Smiles and NewsChannel 5 KREX-TV reserve the right to end the contest at any time for any reason.
5. Violations of any of these rules, or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception or cheating shall be grounds for the station to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events, at the sole discretion of the station, as well as the forfeiture of any prize (or prizes) won by fraudlent means.
6. To obtain (1) FREE drawstring backpack, please call Jolley Smiles at one of their locations listed below. You will only be given a backpack AFTER you have uploaded your photos to the YouNews contest. Call or stop by Jolley Smiles’ offices for details:
