"The Ugly Duckling"

PLEASE! PLEASE! HELP! HELP! with this ugly insufficient bathroom. I need help in fixing this -it appears as more of a storage/shelf room. There is no bath and no shower (plumbing is there), just a toilet and a teensy weensy sink - connected to the kitchen. This house was built in 1903. My 50 year old sister is moving in, she inherited her beautiful three year old twin grandchildren (since they were 4 months old). Grandparents raising her grand children seems to becoming more common these days. No one will be more grateful. Thanks so much for your consideration.
Love KAT:)

YOU SHOULD BE SELECTED! Yes there is some awesome competition and many needs/dreams that could be met. However YOU stand out above the rest. Families that step to the plate to help raise children in need are a God sent.

Helping keep these twins from entering foster care is challenge -yet extremely rewarding. You've saved these children! and I'm sure they are getting the Family Love they need to become happy healthy adults. I hope you get a new bathroom.

Lots of uglies to pick from, so lets focus on need. I pick you and the beautiful 3 year old twins. Good Luck Grammy in raising your grandchildren!
