Our Ugly Farmhouse Bathroom

We are a family with two young boys. This past fall we decided to sale our home in a subdivision, so we could purchase a house with land and live a more simple life, raising and growing as much of our own food as possible. We found an old farmhouse (over 100 years old) on 5.5 acres in Fruita. We spent the first few weeks fixing the house just so we could live in it. We moved in and not longer after we noticed a leak in the bathroom tub/shower. My husband pulled back the shower wall to discover a leak that had been there for years and had created mold behind the wall. So, we had to tear out the entire shower wall along with the adjoining walls. We still haven't fixed it and so it sits unused because it is a big project. We wanted a new life for our kids and so, we have taken the good with the bad. We have beautiful land, but the house is old an was unkempt, so we have been trying to "build" it back. It would really help us to win this contest so we can have this bathroom working again. Thank you for your consideration.
