We have the "lost everything including our home last year" story that unfortunately, many have. Very dear friends in their 80's/90's are leasing us the old place their parents homesteaded. There have been some leasors who didn't care for the home like they should have. We care. Alot. But unemployment is about gone and we can't make this bathroom pretty on our own. This is something we can do for them and us.
