Me and my family are renting this house we only pay $500.00 a month for it but it neds a lot of work. We are trading deposit for work in the house what ever we put in the house is all on us. I was working in the oil field and i injured my shoulder and had to have surgery on it. the house is in need off a remodel and i'm just trying to do what ever i can do by my self I have a tube and shower incloser that's sitting out side it is used but i got a good price on it i just cant bring it in by my self. i'm just trying to fix this house up to make it more liveable for my family. We had to kick someone out of this house and the clean it up we took out around 3 big dumptrucks full of trash out of the house and it use to be a drug house. it took me and my wife about 3 weeks to clean. We have put new flooring in the kitchen,used carpet in the living room and in the bedrooms and painted the in side of the house. there's still a lot of work to be done in this house with a new bathroom it would make it a lot less thanks verry much for doing this contest hope i win.

Sad! if you need some help down the road when it gets warmer don't hesitate to email. We can help with painting and carpentry. We get scraps from jobs. We will donate our time to you and your family, not the landlord GRRR ! Makes me angry !
