Ugly Bathroom Contest Rules
PROMOTIONAL RULES FOR CONTESTS
A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of Hoak Media of Colorado, LLC at 345 Hillcrest Manor, Grand Junction, CO 81501, during normal business hours (M-F 8a-5p) or by sending a self addressed envelope to the above address.
- No purchase necessary.
- Contest is open to anyone 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified; must be of 18 years of age to win.
- All contests are open to the general public, except for: employees,agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of Hoak Media of Colorado, LLC, participating sponsors, their immediate families and households members.
- Violations of any of these rules, or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception or cheating shall be grounds for the station to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events, at the sole discretion of the station, as well as the forfeiture of any prize (or prizes) won by fraudlent means.

Bathroom Makeover includes:
- New tub or shower vases
- New Moen tub/shower valve
- New tile tub surround with custom decorative accents and corner shelves
- New tile floor
- New vanity
- New vanity top
- New sink
- New faucet
- New medicine cabinet
- New light fixture
- New towel bars
- New toilet
