GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- The Ninth Annual Energy Forum & Expo was held Friday at Two Rivers Convention Center in Grand Junction.
The event featured the latest information on energy developments around the world with educational lectures and discussions concerning the energy industry.
"Well I just think this is a wonderful opportunity. I never dreamed that we would see this huge increase in oil and gas production over the last few years. It has generated jobs, revenue for the federal government and energy security,” said John Felmy, Chief Economist for the American Petroleum Institute.
This event also included presentations that discussed energy policy, new energy trends and the role that western Colorado has in energy solutions.
