GJ Rockies' Struggles Continue in 14-6 Loss to Chukars

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.--The Grand Junction Rockies are now 1-5 on their current homestand after Friday night's 14-6 loss to the Idaho Falls Chukars. The first-half division champions have dropped 11 of their last 14 and are in last place in the South Division at 24-24 overall and 3-7 in the second half. Peter Tago was roughed up for nine hits and eight runs, six earned, in 2.1 innings. The Rockies will continue their eight-game homestand on Saturday with game three of a four-game series against the Royals affiliate.
