GJ Rockies Road Opener Suspended Due to Rain

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho -- The opening game of the Grand Junction Rockies four-game series at Idaho Falls got suspended Tuesday night due to poor weather conditions, and will be continued Wednesday night at Melaleuca Field as part of a doubleheader.

The game was in the top of the third inning when it was called, with the GJ Rox leading 2-0. The game will pick up where it left off at 5:00pm Wednesday, with a seven inning game to follow.

The Idaho Falls Chukars sit three games back from the GJ Rockies in the Pioneer League South Division standings.
