Mavs Prep for New Mexico Highlands

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Colorado Mesa is riding a seven-game winning streak into this weekend's match up against the RMAC Plains Division Leader, New Mexico Highlands.

The Cowboys were swept by CSU-Pueblo this past weekend; however, they are undefeated at home this season--Holding a 5-0 record at Brandt Field.

"There's a lot of history between the two programs over the years," manager Chris Hanks said. "Some fierce fought battles, some issues here and there with crowd control and things like that, and both programs are proud programs."

First pitch for game one is set for Friday at 3 p.m.
