Kelsey Sigl and Katrina Selsor Honored As RMAC Players of the Week

GRAND JUNCTION, colo.-Colorado Mesa's Kelsey Sigl and Katrina Selsor were honored Monday as the RMAC Players of the Week after their weekend performance against Western New Mexico and New Mexico Highlands.

Sigl had a game high 17 points in the Mavs 63-50 win over Western New Mexico, and tied for a game high eight rebounds. Sigl scored 15 points in the fi rst half. She was 7-of-14 from the fi eld and had one steal in the contest. Against N.M. Highlands,

Sigl tallied a season high and game high (tied with S. Selsor) 19 points. She tied her season high nine rebounds to go along with her 19 points. She also
had three assists, three blocked shots and one
steal. She was 8-of-12 from the fi eld and scored
10-second half points. Sigl averaged 18.0 points
and 8.5 rebounds, 1.5 blocks, 1.0 steal and 1.5
assists this weekend. She leads the Mavericks
averaging 16.1 points per game.

Selsor had 16 points and five rebounds in CMU’s
63-50 win over WesternNew Mexico. Selsor had
one block, two steals and three assists in the
win. In CMU’s 85-51 win over NM Highlands,
Selsor had a career high 15 rebounds and
fi nished with 17 points in the win. She had
eight off ensive and seven defensive boards.
She had 11 points and nine rebounds in the
fi rst half. Against New Mexico Highlands she
had a game high fi ve steals. Selsor averaged a
double-double this weekend with 16.5 points
and 10.0 rebounds per game. She had 3.5 steals
per game and 2.0 assists. Selsor leads the team
averaging 8.0 rebounds per game and has a
team high 21 steals. She is second on the team
averaging 14.3 points per game and 25 assists.
Selsor is shooting .493 from the field, and .820
percent from the foul line (41-50). She has 44
defensive rebounds this year.

CMU will next travel to Fort Lewis on Sunday.
