Colorado Mesa Continues Preparation for Homecoming Saturday

GRAND JUNCTION, colo.-Colorado Mesa (1-3) continued preparation Wednesday afternoon for Saturday's Homecoming Contest against New Mexico-Highlands (3-1).

The Cowboys upset then #18 Colorado School of Mines last week 41-37 and are one of three remaining unbeaten teams in the RMAC after the first two weeks of conference play.

Preseason All-Conference selection Dom Lewis will remain sidelined this weekend still nursing a hamstring injury. The former Utah Ute has not played this season.

Quarterback Deke Cisco remains day-to-day still recovering from a left high ankle sprain he suffered on September 15th in the home opener against Chadron State.

Kick off is at 1p.m. on Saturday at Stocker Stadium
