Windsor Knocks Off Palisade in District Title Game

EVERGREEN, Colo.--No. 9 Palisade's season is over after falling to No. 25 Windsor, 8-3, in the Class 4A district title game Sunday in Evergreen.

The Bulldogs finish their season at 18-3.

Palisade beat No. 24 Lewis-Palmer, 5-3, in the opening round of the district tournament. Caden Woods led the way with two homers and four RBIs.

Windsor upset No. 8 Evergreen, 10-9, in the opening round.
