Week 4: High School Football Rankings

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.--Grand Junction fell three spots, from No. 6 to No. 9, after a 23-15 loss to Ralston Valley.

The Tigers have another 5A road test this week as they travel to Mountain Range and face the undefeated Mustangs.

In Class 3A, Rifle and Palisade remain the top two teams.

The Bears are coming off their second shutout of the season with a 28-0 victory over Glenwood Springs. Through three games, Rifle has put up 118 points, while giving up only six.

The Bulldogs stay at No. 2 after a 63-7 homecoming stomping over Montezuma-Cortez.

The two teams will go head to head on October 4th at Stocker Stadium.

In 2A, Aspen jumps from No. 10 to No. 8.

In class 1A, Hotchkiss falls one spot to No. 6, despite a 42-12 victory over Del Norte. Cedaredge moves up to No. 8 after a 38-0 shutout over Dolores.
