Palisade Closes Out the Regular Season With a Win Over Moffat County

GRAND JUNCTION, colo.-Palisade (8-2, 6-2 WSL) def. Moffat County (5-5, 3-5 WSL), 35-14, Friday night at Stocker Stadium to close out the regular season.

Palisade gave up an early touchdown before marching back 14-6 in the second quarter behind a running touchdown by Luke McLean and a passing touchdown connecting with Levi Hougland for more than 20 yards.

Palisade entered into this contest holding the number five position in the CHSAA Wildcard standings. John Arledge's group will now wait and see where they will be ranked in the playoffs. The bracket is expected to be released on Sunday.
