Grand Junction's Marcus Wirth to Play Baseball on the Next Level

GRAND JUNCTION, colo.-Grand Junction High School center-fielder, Marcus Wirth, will now be playing baseball at Lamar College next year.

NewsChannel5 Sports Director, Josh Moser broke this story Thursday afternoon after receiving a call from Wirth.

Wirth is currently playing for the Gene Taylor summer collegiate team after a successful career at Grand Junction High School.

Since when does playing high school ball qualify as a career! nu wonder these kids have such big heads.
