Grand Junction Tops Palisade On The Lady Prep Hardwood

GRAND JUNCTIONGrand Junction (4-0) def. Palisade (0-1), 38-22, at Brownson Arena Tuesday night to stay undefeated on the season.

Palisade jumped out to an early 10-3 lead and took a 13-11 lead into recess.

However the Tigers came out strong in the third quarter, putting together a 16-2 run over eight minutes to take a 27-15 into the fourth quarter.

Grand Junction is back on the floor tomorrow night in the Lady Wildcat Tip-Off Tournament at Fruita Monument High School. The Tigers will face Air Academy at 6:30 p.m.
