Grand Junction Tops Fountain Fort Carson to Start Hoops Season

GRAND JUNCTION, colo.-Grand Junction (1-0) def. Fountain Fort Carson (0-1), 66-53, Thursday night, led by Junior Point Guard Broderick Robinson.

Robinson finished with a game-high 19 points in the victory. Super-Soph D.J. Wells added 15 points for Grand Junction.

The Tigers will play Legacy tomorrow in day two of the Warrior Classic.
