Grand Junction Falls From State Rankings After Loss to Fruita

GRAND JUNCTION, colo.-Grand Junction High School (4-2) fell from the Class 5A Denverpost State Rankings on Monday, after the Tigers suffered their second loss of the season, falling to Fruita Monument (2-4) 20-16 Friday night at Stocker Stadium.

This is the first time in 2012 that the Tigers have not been ranked. Grand Junction was ranked as high as number six, before falling to Ralston Valley in Week 4.

Grand Junction will host Durango this Saturday at Stocker Stadium.
