Fruita Falls in Third Straight Game

GRAND JUNCTION, colo.-Fruita Monument (1-3) fell 55-28, to Eaglecrest High School (2-1) in Week 3 of the high school football season.

The Wildcats ran the opening kickoff back more than 90 yards , before giving up three Raptor touchdowns in the first twelve minutes.

Vince Grasso scored a pair of touchdowns for the Wildcats, but it was too little, too late.

Fruita will play next Saturday at Highlands Ranch in Week 4 of the 2012 high school football season.
