Friday's Basketball Round-Up: December 21st

GRAND JUNCTION, colo.-Six basketball games were played Friday night with Grand Junction (7-3) leading the way defeating Adams City (0-5), 75-50 to head into the Holiday recess.

Grand Junction jumped out to an early 20-point lead in the 2nd quarter and never looked back.

Central (4-7) was also victorious defeating Uintah High School (0-8), 51-36. However the Lady Warriors fell 60-44 to No. 3 Pueblo West.

Palisade def. Montezuma-Cortez 71-62, while the Lady Bulldogs also ended up in the win column against Montezuma-Cortez 42-27.
