by Claire Brandon

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.--The tigers, ranked 6th in Class 5A, will travel to Ralson Valley on Friday for a big test against the #9 team in their same class.

Head coach Robbie Owens says it will be a good opportunity to see how well Grand Junction compares with the rest of the pack, and hopes a win will give them higher seeding come playoffs.

Grand Junction is coming of a 42-14 win over Rocky Mountain, while Ralson Valley will look to rebound from a 29-25 loss to Thunder Ridge.
