Rockies Win in Inagaural Regular Season Finale

GRAND JUNCTION, colo.-The Grand Junction Rockies (43-33, 22-16) win in walk-off fashion over the Ogden Raptors (44-32, 23-15), 4-3, to close out their inaugural regular season in Grand Junction.

Second-baseman, Juan Ciriaco blasted a double in the bottom of the final frame scoring C Michael Ramirez.

Centerfielder, David Dahl blasted two home runs in this game, his first multi-homer contest of his professional career.

Right-fielder Julian Yan also had a homer of his own, his 16th of the season. The blast good for tops in the Pioneer League this year.

The Grand Junction Rockies finish 10 games above .500. This is the first season since their inception in 2001 that they have finished above the .500 benchmark.

Eddie Bulter will start game one of the Divisional Playoffs Friday afternoon at 1:05 p.m. against Ogden. The #46 overall pick of 2012 is 7-1 with a 2.13 ERA. He threw six scoreless innings against the Raptors in his only appearance against them, earning the win.
