NewsChannel5 Tips-Off Live With No. 4 Colorado Mesa In NCAA Opener

GRAND JUNCTION, colo.-NewsChannel5 Sports Reporter reported live just as the opening tip was thrown up in the first round of the 2013 NCAA Regional Tournament.

Colorado Mesa entered into the tourney as the top overall seed in the South Central region with a 28-1 record.

The Mavericks are hosting eight-seeded Fort Lewis College (18-10) in the opening round.
