Grand Junction Rockies Fall In Inaugural Debut

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- The Grand Junction Rockies (0-1) fell 13-7 to the Ogden Raptors (1-0), the Los Angeles Dodgers affiliate, Monday night at Lindquist Field in Ogden, Utah in their inaugural debut.

The Rockies quickly fell down 5-0 in the first four innings but battled back to take a 6-5 lead thanks to a 3-run home run by Miguel De Leon and a 2-RBI single by Julian Yan.

However, The Rockies bullpen was unable to hold the lead.

The two teams will go at it again Tuesday night, with first pitch set for 7:05 p.m. MDT.
