Colorado Mesa Baseball Takes First Two RMAC Games

GRAND JUNCTION, colo.-Colorado Mesa (8-4,2-0 RMAC) def. Colorado Christian (0-9,0-2 RMAC), 1-0 and 9-7 in Friday's RMAC opening double header at Suplizio Field.

Nolan Snell (2-1) picked up his second win of the season in the early contest. The RMAC Pre-Season Pitcher of the Year threw 6.1IP, 0R, and 9K's.

Matt Williams through 6 2/3's shutout innings in late contest, but did not pick up the win in the 1-0 victory. The transfer from Tampa, also had 9K's.

Colorado Mesa will host two more games Saturday against Colorado Christian, before finding themselves on the road next weekend at Regis University.
