Billings Mustangs Snap GJ Rockies' Streak

BILLINGS, Mt.--The Grand Junction Rockies dropped game two against the Billings Mustangs 9-3 Sunday at Dehler Park.

Billings ace Robert Stephenson, who leads the Pioneer League with 33 strikeouts, fanned nine Rockies to get the win. He was the Reds' top pick from the 2011 MLB Draft.

The Rockies came into the match-up after winning their third-straight on the road and fall to 13-14 on the season. They remain in second place in the Pioneer League South.

The Rockies will return to the field Monday for game three of their four-game set against the Mustangs. First pitch set for 7:05 p.m.
