Wisconsin Cheese Curds

Ingredients

Milk 2/3 Cup
Flour 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder 3/4 Tbsp.
Salt 1/4 Tsp.
Cheese Curds 4 oz. 

 

Equipment Needed:

Measuring cups / spoons
Large mixing bowl
Scale
Plastic Gloves

Total Prep Time: 10 minutes
Shelf Life: Mixed - 1 Day, Baked - 2 Hours 

Directions

Completely mix all ingredients (except cheese curds) and hold cold at 40 degrees or lower until ready to fry.

Evenly coat 4 ounces of cheese curds with the batter (works better if cheese curds are frozen)

Deep fry in 350 degree fryer for 2 minutes. Use timer to ensure proper cooking.
