GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. The Mesa County Women's Network held its spring fashion show Tuesday, at the Two Rivers Convention Center.

Members showed off their runway fashions, which featured items from local stores.

The latest donation recipient is Girls On The Run, an organization that helps empower young girls.

Ladies at the fashion show learned more about the latest trends for business women.

Brenda Watson, board president of the Mesa County Women's Network, said, "They need to know what's new in the fashion world to wear for work and to wear out in the public eye. So things that make them more noticeable, or things that look better with their body shape or for their age or their skin coloring. So, it's a service to them as well."

The Mesa County Women's Network is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide women a forum for networking and encouragement.
