Winter Storm Warnings and Watches Across Colorado

DENVER (AP) - Winter storm watches and warnings are up across Colorado, with more than a foot of snow expected before the end of the week.

The National Weather Service has issued blizzard warnings for areas north of Colorado Springs, with wind gusts of 45 miles an hour.

In north and northwest Colorado, up to 16 inches of snow is expected, with winds gusting to 30 miles an hour.

Most of the snow is expected Friday night through Saturday.
