I've never heard of that building referred to as 'White House' before, what's that all about?

I seem to remember reading a story a while back stating that Home Loan was the Lien Holder of the mortgage on the property, and that the person who is listed as the owner did not have Property Insurance on it. I feel that Home Loan should step up and do the right thing for the City and it's Residents, by foreclosing on the Property and footing the bill to clean it up. After all, why should we, the Citizens, be forced to pay for this? I know I am required to have Property insurance on my home, by my mortgage company, and it would be my responsibility to cover the cost of any accident/ or fire through my Homeowners Policy. I simply do not understand how and or why the City has not forced Home Loan to take care of this matter, after all it is very clear to me that the so called Property Owner is never going to take care of this. I guess Home Loan can't be bothered because after all we don't dare upset the people who talked the City into updating Suplizio Field for THEIR benefit.
