Western Slope Communities Host Candidate Forums

RIFLE, Colo.- Several Western Slope communities are hosting their own candidate forums before voters take to the polls.

The Rifle Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting its candidate forum Tuesday at 6 p.m.

It's taking place at the Rifle City Hall located at 202 Railroad Ave. in Rifle.

The public is welcome to attend.

Questions for the candidates were submitted by the public prior to the forum.

However, those in attendance may be able to ask questions live.

That's not the only place you can hear from those in the running.

The Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association is hosting its 26th annual Issues and Answers Forum Wednesday, Oct. 3.

It starts at 4 p.m. at the Glenwood Springs City Hall located at 101 Eighth St. in Glenwood Springs.

If you can't make the forum, video of it will be available after the event at www.glenwoodchamber.com.
