AURORA, Colo. - Amidst Colorado snowstorms, U.S. Marshals have captured a man featured on "America's Most Wanted."

On Sunday around 2 p.m., the U.S. Marshals Service Colorado Violent Offender Task Force located and apprehended wanted sex offender, 46-year-old Matthew Preston Caulk at a home in Aurora.

Officials say he was sentenced to prison for failing to register as a sex offender, followed by eight years of supervised release. He was wanted for violation of that release.

Caulk avoided from a half-way house in Denver and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest Feb. 15.
