Wanted: Car Barn Burglary Suspect

MESA COUNTY, Colo. - Mesa County authorities are asking for the public's help in locating the suspect(s) involved in burglarizing the Car Barn in Fruita.

Authorities say sometime between 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17 and 8:45 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, unknown suspects unlawfully entered the Car Barn at 535 W. Aspen Ave. in Fruita and removed a Samsung flat screen TV, Insignia widescreen TV, Acer computer monitor, motorcycle helmets, Alcatraz closed circuit TV camera, VCR recorder and other miscellaneous items. The total estimated property loss is over $3,500.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 241-STOP (7867).

Anonymous information leading to an arrest can bring up to $1,000 cash.
