Update: More Information Released on Clifton Shooting

CLIFTON, Colo.- The Mesa County Sheriff's Office releases more information regarding Wednesday night's shooting in Clifton.

Deputies received a call about a suicidal man at 3304 Delicious Drive.

When they arrived, a 31-year-old man discharged a gun, shooting himself in the upper portion of the left side of his chest.

The bullet exited his back and struck 30 year old Crystal Mannon.

The man's identity is being withheld.

Both were taken to the hospital.

Authorities say the home owner, Colin Williams and Crystal's brother, Christopher Stubblefield were at the home at the time, along with two children ages 14 and 10.
