UPDATE: Coroner's Report Released on Fatal Pedestrian-Vehicle Accident

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- According to the Mesa County Coroner's office, 68-year-old, John Timony, died from multiple blunt force injuries and the manner of death is being listed as an accident.

Timony's blood alcohol level was point .075.

Timony was walking across Highway 340 around 6 p.m. Tuesday, when he was struck by a passing vehicle.
