LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. - Two firefighters are recovering from minor injuries suffered while trying to contain a wildfire in Larimer County.

So far, the wildfire has scorched more than 1,300 acres in the foothills west of Fort Collins.

As of Monday, the fire was 75 percent contained and mop-up efforts are already under way.

Authorities say they believe the fire was human-caused, but they are not saying how it began.

The Larimer County Sheriff's office says wet weather prevented the fire from growing much Sunday.

At its worst, the fire forced hundreds of residents from their homes Friday. Evacuees were allowed to return Saturday night, but were told to be prepared to leave again.
