Three Injured After Heater Explodes in Colorado Springs Garage

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.- Firefighters say a space heater caused an explosion in a Colorado Springs garage that injured two men and a child.

A 2-year-old boy and his father were both in critical condition in Denver hospitals following the explosion Sunday.

According to report, one of the men, who is a mechanic, was using a propane space heater as he worked on a vehicle in his garage.

Firefighters say the man took a fuel tank out of his vehicle, causing the explosion.
