Teen Murder Suspect in Court Tuesday

WESTMINSTER, Colo.- Austin Sigg, 17, who's accused of murdering a 10-year-old Westminster girl, appeared in court Tuesday for a hearing.

Sigg will be charged as an adult with murder, kidnapping and other crimes.

Prosecutors say he's responsible for the October killing of Jessica Ridgeway.

Sigg is also accused of attacking a jogger in May; she escaped.

On Tuesday the judge also announced Sigg will move to an adult jail.
